Juvenile Law Committee

This Committee shall study all phases, questions, and problems within the field of juvenile law, inform its members and members of the bar association of various developments in the field of juvenile law, and where indicated, propose and support changes, amendments, modifications, and improvements in the common and statutory law relating to juveniles, including but not limited to delinquent, deprived and dependent children. It shall concern itself with the implementation of measures to facilitate judicial administration, including additional funding, increased court personnel and manpower, adoption of pre-trial procedures and proposed rules of court. It shall encourage increased participation of members of the bar association in the Juvenile Court process and proceedings, and promote the dissemination of information to members of the bar association and the public.
