Allegheny County Bar Association Commercials

Throughout the year, Allegheny County Bar Association commercials are being viewed on local television and heard on local radio stations. The bar currently has three groups of commercials—all which provide legal information or offer assistance. All of our commercials can be viewed below.

The bar introduced the What You Should Know campaign in late 2007. Each 15 second commercial provides a legal tip to the general public. The commercials cover a variety of legal issues, including wills and living wills, signing a contract, searching for an attorney, posting information on the internet, protection from abuse, and buying a car "as is."

The bar association also features three of its free legal education programs in a series of commercials. The programs featured are the VIP program, the Steppin’ Out program, and the “This is a Joke -- Making Fun of Others is Not!” program.

To ensure that the general public knows where to turn to find an attorney, the bar has created several commercials that publicize our Lawyer Referral Service.
