Mark T. Vuono is a 1977 graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law
in 1980. He is a partner in Vuono & Gray, LLC, representing businesses
and individuals in the areas
of tax and estate planning, estate administration, corporate law,
mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and transportation
law. He has been a member of the ACBA Finance Committee for 15 years,
and he is presently serving as the committee’s chair. He is
also a member of the Investment, Audit and Tax Subcommittees. Vuono is
a former chair of both the Lawyers Insurance Committee (LIC) and the
Taxation Section. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of
ACBA Services, Inc., the Taxation Section council, the LIC and the
Ad Hoc Sarbanes-Oxley Committee. Vuono previously served on the Public
Relations and Nominating Committees and performed with the ACBA Players.
He is active with the West Allegheny football and wrestling booster
organizations, is a former president of the Notre Dame Club of Pittsburgh,
and is the recipient of the Distinguished Service and Commitment award.
