Gender Equality Initiative
Gender equality is a complex and multi-dimensional issue that is affecting almost every industry. While much has been written and researched on gender equality, there has been a lack of implementation, and in some cases, understanding with respect to the actions going forward. The time for just talking about gender equality is past. The Allegheny County Bar Association is confident that if the legal community continues to work together on this extremely important issue, we will make a positive difference.
