This Committee shall provide information to members of the bar of
the resources available at the Allegheny County Law Library, assist
in identifying needs for the physical facilities, equipment, and services
to be offered by the Law Library, and suggest ways to improve same. It shall
conduct surveys of other law libraries in the Commonwealth to determine
how they operate, how they are financed, where they are housed, and
what services they offer so that a comparison can be made to the Allegheny
County Law Library, and investigate ways to increase funding of the
Law Library from governmental and private resources.
