This Section shall provide a forum for information, education, and
the development of professional relationships among members of the
Allegheny County Bar Association in the area of environmental law.
For purposes of this Section, the field of environmental law includes:
the areas of air, water, and solid waste control as well as that related
to toxic substance regulation, hazardous substance transportation,
hazard communication and right-to-know activities, and natural resources
including mining, oil, and gas. The Section will provide educational
seminars, forums for speakers in the area of environmental law as
well as other opportunities for interchange such as breakfasts, luncheons,
receptions, or other similar events for the development and interaction
of the members.
