By-Laws Committee
This Committee shall be responsible for maintaining at ACBA headquarters the official text of the current by-laws of the association. This Committee is further charged with preparing proposed revisions to the by-laws for consideration by the board or the membership upon request by the board of governors. The Committee shall keep itself informed of the laws applicable to the association and advise the board of changes in the by-laws or changes which may be required or appropriate.
