ACBA CLE Program

The ACBA is nationally recognized for its excellence in providing continuing legal education programs. The bar association conducts more than 100 live programs a year, including in-person courses and real-time webinars. The ACBA also has a robust video library with more than 50 previously recorded CLEs in dozens of practice areas, allowing lawyers to earn distance learning credits 24/7 from anywhere. Additionally, the ACBA offers Live Video Replay CLEs, where lawyers can earn in-person credit by coming into the ACBA offices and watching recordings of previous CLEs. Effective Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020, all of our CLE programs will be approved for both Pennsylvania and West Virginia CLE credit.

Ethics and substantive programs are developed by the ACBA CLE Department and by various ACBA Committees, Divisions and Sections. Speakers range from ACBA members to non-member attorneys to expert witnesses and knowledgeable legal service providers; these speakers range from the county, state and national levels.
