Instructions for ‘Unblocking’ ACBA LRS emails:
To ‘unblock’ ACBA emails and help ensure these important messages do not get blocked or caught in your spam filter, make sure your ISP email provider has email@example.com as acceptable email to receive. The easiest way to remedy this is to add firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list (if you’re using Outlook and most other providers). This should remedy most issues.
If your email system requires additional details, please make sure that your ISP allows emails from the following IP address: 220.127.116.11. This is the IP address from where ACBA LRS emails originate in ACBA membership software. Additionally, please make sure your settings are configured for – or your provider is configured for – the receipt of HTML format emails.
