Mark A. Martini

Mark A. Martini, a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP, is the Immediate Past-President of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He served as ACBA President from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Martini has been involved in a multitude of activities at the ACBA, including spearheading the 2007 judicial retention campaign, forming the Young Lawyers Division Diversity Committee and creating the Law Student Mentoring Program. Mr. Martini oversaw the re-writing of the Bylaws of the YLD and the Civil Litigation Section and organized numerous other programs, including the Law Practicum Series and YLD’s Lunch with the Judges. He regularly volunteers for various bar association programs including the Children in Shelter Holiday Party, “KD & You and the Law” pro bono call-in program.

Mr. Martini holds or previously held numerous other ACBA positions, ACBA Treasurer, YLD Chair, YLD Education Committee Chair, YLD Secretary, YLD Council Member, YLD Liaison to Board of Governors, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer Board of Governors, Bench-Bar First Time Attendees Committee Chair, Bar Leadership Initiative Chair, Mission Statement Committee Chair, Finance Committee member; Nominating Committee member, ACBF Nominating Committee member, ACBA PAC Treasurer and Committee member, 2012 Bench-Bar Conference Chair, Bench-Bar Keynote Speaker Committee Chair, Civil Litigation Section Council member, Civil Litigation Section Bylaws Committee Chair, ACBF Fellows Committee, ACBF Trustee, and founder and member of Young Lawyers Fellows Program.

In addition to his ACBA roles, Mr. Martini is also involved in several other legal and/or community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and all of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. His litigation practice areas include commercial disputes, extra-contractual insurance matters, complex insurance coverage, professional liability, personal injury and credit union governance.

Mr. Martini received his undergraduate degree at Duquesne University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
