Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee
This Committee shall consider and report to the bar association on unauthorized practice of law in Allegheny County. It shall investigate, take, or cause to be taken, all steps necessary or desirable to prevent the unauthorized practice of law. It shall cooperate with any organization involved with the law or others interested in defining and suppressing transactions constituting unauthorized practice of law, and when directed by the association, to enter into an agreement with any such organization concerning unauthorized practice.
