Unlike many national vendors, they do not base their fees on a per item or per gigabyte charge. Instead their fees are based on hourly rates that reflect the actual time it takes to do the work. They do charge a flat rate of $500 (ACBA member discount $25) for imaging hard drives brought to their laboratory, plus a media storage fee.
