Lawyers Journal

Lawyers Journal to Remain a Hard Copy Print Publication

While the Pittsburgh Legal Journal became an e-publication on July 1, the Lawyers Journal newspaper – the ACBA’s flagship publication that you are currently reading – will remain a hard copy publication.

The Lawyers Journal contains feature stories, previews on bar association events, news about the Pittsburgh Legal Community, photos of recent ACBA events and more. It is mailed to all of the ACBA’s more than 5,000 members every-other week at no cost, a perk of joining the bar association.  The Lawyers Journal is also always available online at www.ACBA.org/LawyersJournal.

The Lawyers Journal differs from the daily Pittsburgh Legal Journal, which is the official legal journal of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and contains trial lists, legal notices, sheriff’s sales and more. The PLJ transitioned to a digital publication, at the approval of the court, due to the pandemic, inflation, labor shortages and related issues. It’s now distributed via email as an easy-to-print, 8.5×11 pdf and is available to subscribers, only. For more information, visit www.PittsburghLegalJournal.org.
