In-Person CLE – Key International Tax Changes from One Big Beautiful Bill

This program will provide an overview of the international income tax provisions that were enacted as a part of the One Big Beautiful Bill. The presenters will review the key international provisions that were enacted, the relevant effective dates for such provisions, and certain reflections as to how their clients have been addressing these changes from both an income tax planning and tax accounting perspective.

The ACBA Taxation Section’s Holiday Party will immediately follow the CLE.
