Mr. Petropoulos is responsible for the overall operation of the ACBA and ACBF. He is responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with the legal community that the bar serves, including the judicial community. He directs ACBA activities and plans for future growth. He also oversees the financial condition of the organizations.

Ms. Marhefka is responsible for managing the human resource functions for the Bar Association and Bar Foundation. Mr. Wideman supports the ACBA with respect to the issues of diversity and gender equality in the Allegheny County legal community. He is responsible for identifying current trends and best practices in these areas and making recommendations to improve the recruitment, retention, job satisfaction, perceptions and attitudes, and compensation disparity of women and diverse lawyers. Mr. Wideman is also responsible for developing programs and seminars to update and educate ACBA members on the topics of diversity and inclusion and gender equality. He serves as the Director of the ACBA Institute for Gender Equality and coordinates the ACBA Summer Clerkship Program for diverse first-year law students.
