Cancellation Policy for CLEs: In-Person, Live Webinar and Telephone Registrants

Cancellations and requests for refund will be honored on the following basis:

If cancelling your registration, you must notify the Allegheny County Bar Association by email CLEcancel@acba.org no later than 2 business days prior to the CLE course presentation date in order to receive a 100 percent refund; 1 business day or less, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

The ACBA welcomes the transferring of a CLE registration to a substitute course. If you do not attend the CLE course and did not notify ACBA in the appropriate advanced notice, you waive eligibility for a refund. Also, cancellation received after the day of the program will not be refunded.

The ACBA reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the ACBA cancels a program, the cost of that program will be refunded.
