In-Person CLE – The Interplay of Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law Matters

During this program, panelists will discuss the interplay of workers’ compensation and employment law matters. In workers’ compensation cases, there are often issues that go beyond the scope of the Workers’ Compensation Act, including termination of employment, retaliation, discrimination, and the Family Medical Leave Act. The panel will discuss strategies from both a claimant’s perspective and employer’s perspective in navigating these issues.

The ACBA Workers’ Compensation Section Holiday Party, courtesy of Excelsia Injury Care, will immediately follow the CLE.
