Accommodating Mental Health Disabilities in the Workplace
This program will explore the topic of reasonable accommodations in the workplace for mental health disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Points of discussion will include:
- The basics of reasonable accommodations under the ADA
- Circumstances that may arise specific to mental health disabilities
- Accommodation strategies and solutions for mental health disabilities

Please note: This is a live interactive Zoom webinar that can be viewed by participants on their own computers remotely. Participants will receive 1 hour of Live CLE credit for the webinar. You will receive the link to join and the materials 24 hours in advance of the program.

CLE and Events Registration Policy: Members and Non-members can register for ACBA programs online or by paper mail-in registration, up to two days prior to a program start date. Some programs are restricted to ACBA or Section members only.

If cancelling your registration, you must notify the Allegheny County Bar Association by email CLEcancel@acba.org no later than 2 business days prior to the CLE course presentation date in order to receive a 100% refund; 1 business day or less, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
The Allegheny County Bar Association welcomes the transferring of a CLE registration to a substitute course date and time. If you do not attend the CLE course and did not notify Allegheny County Bar Association in the appropriate advanced notice, you waive eligibility for a refund. Also, cancellation received after the day of the program will not be refunded.
The Allegheny County Bar Association reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the ACBA cancels a program, the cost of that program will be refunded.
