Operation MVP

The Military and Veterans Project – aka “Operation MVP” – is an annual project designed to help local military personnel and veterans by providing them with care packages and other support.

All members are invited to participate in the 2026 installment, and there are multiple ways to get involved.

• Amazon Wish List: Members can purchase items for military personnel and veterans from an Amazon wish list, available here. Needed items include snacks, personal hygiene items, morale-boosting items (such as playing cards, games and puzzles).
• In-Person Event: Members can help stuff care packages with these items in the Koppers Building Conference Center on Thursday, May 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. Participants can also enjoy happy hour, complete with appetizers, beer and wine. This is a great opportunity to mingle, enjoy refreshments and contribute to a meaningful cause.

There is no cost to attend this event for anyone who provides supplies, either via the Amazon wish list or in-person at the event.
