2026 Medicare Updates in Workers’ Compensation Cases
Panelists will discuss recent updates to the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and their application to workers’ compensation cases. The requirements to adequately consider Medicare’s interests when settling workers’ compensation cases, updates to Medicare’s criteria for review, and conditional payments will be discussed.

If this ACBA CLE cannot be held in-person, it will be converted into a webinar and held on the same date and time. You will be notified via email if that change is made.

If cancelling your registration, you must notify the Allegheny County Bar Association by email CLEcancel@acba.org no later than 2 business days prior to the CLE course presentation date in order to receive a 100% refund; 1 business day or less, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
The Allegheny County Bar Association welcomes the transferring of a CLE registration to a substitute course date and time. If you do not attend the CLE course and did not notify Allegheny County Bar Association in the appropriate advanced notice, you waive eligibility for a refund. Also, cancellation received after the day of the program will not be refunded.
The Allegheny County Bar Association reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the ACBA cancels a program, the cost of that program will be refunded.
