Supreme Court Review
The Supreme Court Review will provide an in-depth critique of the legal implications of the United States Supreme Court’s October 2025 term. This year’s panel will include two renowned Supreme Court advocates: Ashley Robertson, the inaugural Director of the Federal Defender Supreme Court Project; and Jeff Fisher, a Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic at Stanford Law School. Third Circuit Judge Thomas Hardiman will moderate the program and will ask the experts thought-provoking questions about the Court’s decisions over the past year.

Seating is limited, so pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accommodated as space permits. To secure your spot, payment must be made in advance due to limited registration capacity. You can do so online via credit card or by mailing in a check. If this ACBA CLE cannot be held in-person, it will be converted into a webinar and held on the same date and time. You will be notified via email if that change is made.

If cancelling your registration, you must notify the Allegheny County Bar Association by email CLEcancel@acba.org no later than 2 business days prior to the CLE course presentation date in order to receive a 100% refund; 1 business day or less, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
The Allegheny County Bar Association welcomes the transferring of a CLE registration to a substitute course date and time. If you do not attend the CLE course and did not notify Allegheny County Bar Association in the appropriate advanced notice, you waive eligibility for a refund. Also, cancellation received after the day of the program will not be refunded.
The Allegheny County Bar Association reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the ACBA cancels a program, the cost of that program will be refunded.
