Malpractice, Cyber and AI Exposures for Lawyers: How to Properly Protect Your Firm
AI is everywhere. What kind of liability does this bring for attorneys?
Panelists will discuss AI and other key issues that lead to malpractice claims against attorneys, and the steps firms can take to mitigate risk and exposure. The use of AI in legal practice and how it can create potential malpractice risks or sanctions will be explored, along with common misconceptions surrounding its use.
Additionally, the significant rise in cyber claims impacting law firms, including real-world examples from Pennsylvania-based firms will be reviewed. Finally, panelists will outline the essential insurance coverages firms should have in place to ensure proper protection against both malpractice and cyber-related claims.
