Essential Intelligence: Integrating Social Media and Open-Source Data into Litigation
Social media is everywhere and can be crucial discovery in your case.
During this session – which is free for ACBA members – attendees will learn when to bring social media evidence into discovery and how research is conducted on social media platforms to identify, collect and preserve relevant information. Key regulatory and ethics issues will be reviewed, as well as the minimum competency required for this research and data collection.
The program is geared toward attorneys who work in various areas of civil litigation, including employment maters, commercial litigation, personal injury cases, product liability, class action suits and MDL. Panelists will share real-life examples of evidence collected to demonstrate the value attributed to findings from social media.
This CLE is free for ACBA members, but capacity is limited. Those interested in attending for free should register ASAP.
