Summary

Marijuana laws are always rapidly evolving. This program discusses emerging issues in cannabis law including the potential impact of rescheduling cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III, the looming “intoxicating hemp” ban, relevant caselaw, pending cannabis related legislation, cannabis and the Second Amendment, an overview of Pennsylvania's medical cannabis program, and the origins of cannabis' “high holiday” – April 20 (aka 4:20).
