Summary

This CLE focuses on what to do when things go wrong - seriously wrong - in trial. What if your client passes away in the middle of your civil case? How do you handle finding out if your police officer compromised your case? How can your case continue if your client is no longer in the jurisdiction?

Most attorneys have felt the dread of something going not quite right in trial. This program will focus on the worst of the worst when it comes to trials and how to handle those problems. Not only will the experienced panelists cover these real-life trial problems with practice tips and ideas, but attorneys will be covering the ethical aspects of these situations. Learn about these tough cases and how to fix them (if you can).
