Summary

This program addresses the critical challenge attorneys face in maintaining juror attention and comprehension in modern civil litigation.

The course provides a balanced, evidence-based analysis of how multimedia tools, including 3D demonstratives, video depositions, surveillance footage, and interactive document callouts, directly influence jury retention and case outcomes.

This program moves beyond traditional verbal advocacy, showing both plaintiff and defense counsel how to leverage visual science (such as the Weiss-McGrath Report and Dual Coding Theory) to simplify complex facts, establish causation, and effectively present or disprove damages. Attendees learn the strategic application of these tools at every trial phase, from opening statement to closing argument.
