The basics of special education, with an overview of federal and state laws
Relationship of students with disabilities and SSI applications, including an overview of SSI, eligibility and what to do if your request is denied
Transition planning for individuals with disabilities aged 14-26, regarding assessments, family engagement, postsecondary education and training and collaborating with agencies
Higher education, disability rights and Title IX, including recent changes in the law
