The Pittsburgh Legal Journal provides the ACBA members with timely, precedent-setting, full text opinions, from various divisions of the Court of Common Pleas. The Pittsburgh Legal Journal is the official legal journal of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. It is published biweekly on the same schedule as the Lawyers Journal.

Judges who would like to submit their opinions for publication can do so by emailing their opinions as a Microsoft Word document to opinions@acba.org. Paper opinions and PDF versions of opinions cannot be considered for publication.
