Purpose:
This Section shall consider the laws and procedures pertaining to taxation to promote its fair and just administration, study, review and report upon proposed, necessary or desirable legislation and promote legal education to members of the bar and the public on problems of taxation law by sponsoring meetings, institutes and conferences. It shall seek to provide assistance to the Allegheny County Law Library so that it has appropriate tax treatises and publications and prepare and publish legal writings in this field.
