The ACBA launched a new membership software platform, “MemberCentral” last year, which has enhanced the ACBA experience for members.
As the ACBA’s technology progresses, so do email “spam filters.” At times, emails from the ACBA never get to certain members, because they are getting caught in these spam filters. When this happens, members miss out on information regarding upcoming CLEs, networking events, member benefits and more.
The ACBA is asking members to work with their firms’ IT departments to help ensure attorneys are receiving these important emails. The simplest way is for your IT department to add the following domains “as trusted domains.”
- @acba.org
- @communications.acba.org
- @elist.acba.org
- @finance.acba.org
Additionally, IT teams should add the following MemberCentral servers:
- cliff.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.49
- rita.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.79
- albert.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.111
- kevin.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.143
- joe.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.33
- mary.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.175
- shane.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.207
- olive.membercentral.org – 207.200.8.32
