For ACBA Committees, Divisions and Sections planning on producing CLE programs in the new bar year, now is the time to get started.
The new bar year begins July 1, and all ACBA Sections and Divisions are required to produce four CLE credits and committees are scheduled to produce one credit. August through October is an ideal window to schedule your CLE program—availability is typically higher, and there are fewer competing events. Plus, August falls within the current CLE compliance period, making it a smart time to kick things off.
To ensure smooth scheduling, CLE proposals must be submitted at least 60 days in advance of the program date. Topics are subject to approval of the ACBA CLE Department. Proposals should include the topic, speaker(s), along with bios and color headshots. To begin the process, contact Holly Bedford, the ACBA’s CLE and Program Manager, at the button below.
